Mark has been in the jewelry business for over 32 years. He started his career apprenticing under the lead designer and bench jeweler of I.B. Goodman Co. and learned the art of being a master bench jeweler. “Through my apprenticeship and intensive hands-on training, it allowed me to hone my skills to where I was able to assist our clients in designing, making and repairing jewelry pieces that other jewelers or manufacturers were not comfortable in completing.” He also obtained his diamond and diamond grading degrees with the Gemological Institute of America.

After 20 years as a bench jeweler, Mark moved into sales and managerial position with the company. “Being on the sales floor assisting our clients daily has allowed me to understand the importance of relationship building and listening to our client’s needs. Starting out as a bench jeweler in this industry showed me how jewelry is designed and manufactured at the hands-on level so I can convey that understanding to our clients in terms that they understand and make informed decisions.”

Mark became president of the company in 2019 and leads a team focused on client satisfaction in all areas relating to jewelry. No matter how big or small our clients’ needs are, we want all of them to feel equally important when visiting our store. Just like we would treat our friends and family.
