Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Vanscoy, Maurer & Bash accepts merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and must be accompanied by a receipt.
2. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit on all special orders.
3. Custom design work, special orders, estate, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returned Check Fee

A $35.00 fee will be charged for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.
