Shipping policy

Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you will see at checkout. Estimated shipping time is after the order has been confirmed and processed.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Currently, we are experiencing some delivery variation due to the high volume of packages being shipped around the country. There may be a delay with your order, but you will be updated accordingly.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free, 2-day shipping for purchases $500 and over. For purchases under $500, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

In-store pickup

Of course, in store or curbside pickup is always available at our store at 830 Plaza Blvd, Lancaster, PA 17601. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our regular* in-store and curbside pickup hours are 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm on Saturday, or 11am-3pm on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

If you choose curbside pickup; just call us when you arrive and we’ll bring your order out to your vehicle.

*these hours may change due to holidays and time of year, always check our website for most up-to-date hours.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.



Returns and Exchanges

Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Vanscoy, Maurer & Bash accepts merchandise for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and must be accompanied by a receipt.
  2. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit on all special orders.
  3. There are no returns, exchanges, or credits on custom design work.
  4. There are no returns or exchanges on clearance items or estate pieces.

Special Orders

Special orders are not returnable. A special order constitutes any jewelry or watch, ordered, custom made or altered at the customer’s request.

Layaway Policy

Layaways are for 6 months with a minimum 20% deposit. All layaways require a payment every 30 days. If a layaway payment is not made monthly, the articles will be returned to stock and a restocking fee will be assessed.

In the event that your online order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Returned Check Fee

A $30.00 fee will be charged for any checks returned due to insufficient funds.
