We offer complimentary appraisals at point of purchase, but to update it or get a new one, our services start at $100 per piece - prices will vary depending on the intricacy of the piece.

Have a favorite ring that doesn’t fit any more? Our expert jewelers can determine your proper ring size and professionally size your silver, gold or platinum ring to fit you perfectly. Ring re-sizing services are available for all ring sizes.
JEWELRY MOUNTING & PRONG RETIPPING
Is your diamond loose in its setting? Proper maintenance and prong retyping can prevent the loss of precious stones. We’ll inspect your jewelry mountings and prongs for wear.
PRECIOUS STONE REPLACEMENT
Missing gemstones from your jewelry? Our professional jewelers can replace the stones in any setting — solitaires, three-stone rings, channel settings, bezel settings, or pavé. We can also set loose gemstones in your chosen mounting.
CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGNS
Bring in your old jewelry and work with our experts to create a fresh new piece. To create your custom designed jewelry we use a variety of techniques including lost wax casting and hand fabrication to give you the unique jewelry piece you desire.
WATCH REPAIR
In some cases, we can repair and clean your timepiece right in-store. If your timepiece needs factory or the manufacturers care, we can handle the repair service and make sure it is handled to your satisfaction. For Rolex timepieces, they will be sent to the appropriate service center and will receive a two-year service guarantee after service. You can learn more here.
JEWELRY CLEANING & POLISHING
We can clean, polish, and restore your jewelry to make it sparkle like new. Our associates will also educate you in the proper cleaning products and methods for your specific piece.
NECKLACE & BRACELET REPAIR
Our repair team can inspect and repair broken chains, pendants, and
charms — or replace worn out clasps and closures. We quickly refurbish your necklaces, bracelets, and jewelry chains to look like brand new.
PEARL RESTRINGING
With time and normal wear, the silk of pearl necklaces and bracelets
becomes worn and susceptible to breakage. Let our professionals prolong the life of your pearls by restringing and inspecting the clasps.
